Our machines were always empty and the vendor would come about once every two weeks to service the machines. After going through multiple big vending companies, we decided to give a local company a chance and Active Vend has not disappointed. Installation was quick and the machines are top quality. We are a big aircraft manufacturing plant and we have several hundred employees. So we needed a vending company that can visit and restock several times a week (which was our biggest problem with previous companies). Active Vend always keeps our machines stocked, clean, and ready to go. We definitely recommend Active vend to big companies like ourselves that need more customized service and customer care.
